Making Sims 2 Terrain this's a neighbourhood tutorial?

Splitting this and the Homecrafter type tutorials
Hi guys, I'd like to have 2 seperate pages - this one will have the general Build Mode stuff about walls and floors (and I guess the 4 click heights and so on), and Tutorials:Homecrafter Tutorials will have the actual stuff about making them in the first place.
