Hi!

and welcome to my pre-PM FAQ page thingy.

I'm afraid I get a lot of PM's and I'm really bad at answering them, so please check if what you're PM'ing me for is covered in the following questions and answers. This will save you the three months it might take me to get back to you.

I'm sorry, but I don't do requests.

There's a big chance that what you want already exists in some form, so you might want to try posting in the Where Can I Find section of the Sims 2 Community (http://forums.sims2community.com/forumdisplay.php?f=37)

If what you want isn't too hard, you might want to try learning to make it yourself (http://www.modthesims2.com/wiki.php?title=MTS2:Create), or you can try posting your request in the request section of other sites, such as Insimenator.

As a general rule, you can upload pretty much anything in a lot on MTS2 or other proper free site (this is, not Exchange or TSR), as long as you test them and they work.

[edit] Your stuff is broken! It doesn't work in my game!

Some core bits of the Sims game change with every expansion pack, so it's perfectly possible that something I made a while ago doesn't work in your configuration. Please post any problems in the upload thread, so that the problem and any solutions can be seen by other downloaders, as well.

I will certainly try, but there's a ton of knowledgeable people on this site. If you post your object in the Object workshop (http://www.modthesims2.com/forumdisplay.php?f=482), cool people like Numenor can look at it too, and you will be helped faster and better than if you just ask the one modder :)
