The Sims 2 Noir is a fansite run by Lynn Allen, containing 100% free sims 2 content, and specializing in clothes for adult, teens, elders and children/toddlers. The site does not offer new meshes, but specializes in clothing for "sims of color".

You may recolor any of the items and use them in your game or uploads to FREE sites only. Under NO circumstances should any of the items appear on a PAY site or on the official EXCHANGE. It would be nice if you give Sims 2 Noir appropriate credit, and let the owner know where you have posted their creations, so they might enjoy seeing how they have been used.
