Material Definition (Locally/individually)
- previously known as MATD
- It's mostly about graphical parameters and Material Types to locally/individually decide on how the input texture(s) can be presented in-game; provided that the defintions in the material shaders allow such over-riding.
- Property parameters and material types of txmt files are defined in material shaders (matShad)
- This file type uses the Resource Collection format.
