Probably what I originally thought the former did until I tried it! A picture makes it absolutely clear. This is a flavour of the Set to Next (0x001F) primitive.
This is probably a better instruction than Obj adjacent to object in (local) since it also includes the diagonal squares as well. Probably what I originally thought the former did until I tried it! A picture makes it absolutely clear. As with the other instruction, you put the object in question in the nominated Local variable.
