[edit] Shows/Work

Powerjay11 started his exchange work by uploading a romantic/thriller 'Tainted Love' story which was a good hit but didn't last long on the charts/board. His big key work came with the teen-slasher series 'SchoolTime Screams' which involved 16 teenagers being hunted down by a strange killer in a scream costume. It received alot of critical praise and attention by many sims2 users who loved the mystery and scary tactics of the killer. Much attention drove the user to start works for a 2nd season. A 2nd season was brought back which involved the same premise but with new storyline and characters in a new neighbourhood. There were talks of a 3rd series but currently there has been no notice or movement to bring it back at this moment. He has also produced and created many other original shows which involve elimination of players called interactive shows.

[edit] Big Brother

His first interactive work started in May of 2007 with a cross of Big Brother US and UK from his own format. It started off slow with involvement from future key interactive players like Lohanlover666 who played Mitch, Bkonobby who played Chuck, Calvin68P who played Jordan and etc. The season became a hit with many and got the attention of future players who wanted to join the show. Chuck (Bkonobby) was crowned the winner of the first season with Marcia, Jordan, Brittany, Emily and Alfie also in the finale against him. Season 2 brought the players to the house of twists and luxury with many strange things happen like bets, intruders and prizes. Steffi (Schltz169) was crowned the winner with Samantha, Erik and Braeden in the finale. Season 3 brought the Halloween theme to the house with the mystery and evil surrounding the game casting secrets and doom upon the houseguests. Steady (Steady339) was crowned the winner of season 3 against Erik, Chelsea, Stormy and Nichola in the finale against him. Season 4 was a rainbow theme with 7 mysterious doors holding 7 different powers/punishments for the houseguests. Stormy (LovelyNicky6) was crowned the winner of season 4 with Kelsi and Mitch facing her in the finale. An All-Star edition brought back 22 former players to play for the title of the All-Star winner. It was the biggest hit from all 5 Big Brother seasons earning the most commerical success and favouritism towards the players reaching a 5 star rating throughout the whole season. The house became explored the Earth to bring attention to the green views as the twist envolved Mother Nature and the 4 elements: Earth, Wind, Fire and Water! The series ended June 15, 2008 with season 3 winner, Steady being crowned the winner of Big Brother All-Stars beating out Dani and Iune in the finale. There currently have been no talks to bring back Big Brother Interactive to the charts but it currently ranks as the #1 Big Brother show on the sims2 site with the highest rating, popularity and viewing.

[edit] Killer Mystery 1-2/Power Tower

Besides Big Brother, He has created 3 original shows that have been well-received in the sims 2 community:

  • Killer Mystery was the first which involved 12 players trying to figure out which player the public voted as the killer week-to-week. The 12 contestants were brought to a mansion on top of a hill that held some history to it but contained twists and surprises the contestants did not see coming. Calvin was the crowned the winner of season 1 with Erik placing 2nd and Brittany with 3rd.
  • Killer Mystery 2 was the second season that followed with the same premise but with more twists and surprises instore for the players. They were brought to an abanoned school academy that held more twists and turns than the first location with eliminations and punishments. Erik (2nd from season 1) won season 2 with Marco placing 2nd and Zander placing 3rd. The show went on hiatus throughout the Big Brother seasons since it didn't draw major attention but gained a following and interest.
  • Power Tower came next with 12 players working their way through a building with a player eliminated each round in a different room till one was left on the roof. It sparked some interest to some but it didn't draw another attention on the charts to many. Kei was declared the winner with Bryan reaching 2nd and Sandy placing 3rd. There was some speculation to bringing back Power Tower from the host's site but there are currently no plans to bring it back as to this date.
