Downtown Sims is a fansite offering 100% free sims 2 content.
Details
Downtown Sims offers clothing, houses, walls, floors, and makeup. They do not make new meshes.
Terms of Use
You may not upload to the exchange, and you may not redistribute the creations to any sites and claim it as your own work. An exception is made if you create one of their houses from scratch without downloading anything, as long as you mention where you got the inspiration.
