I was able to get an Omni seed at the Science Lot. It was next to the Omni plant. My Sim was going for the Perfect Garden Lifetime Reward but hadn't reached that goal. She also couldn't plant the seed at the time she found it. Thought I would pass on this info.

The Money Tree isn't on the seed list. It is a Special/Unknown Special Seed.
