[edit] NPCs
An NPC is a non-playable character which either offer a variety of services to your Sims or come to your home to fulfill their career needs. Service NPCs inhabit an invisible household called 'Service NPC household'. Several service NPCs can be hired to make your Sim's life a little easier. While they are working at your home, more interactions are opened up such as tipping them or firing them. Emergency NPCs can perform their duties free of charge, but will charge Sims for false call outs. Your Sim can phone them up and bring them to your house or they will come by themselves, if one of your alarms are triggered. This guide gives you the game's NPCs, as well as a description of them, their duties as an NPC and what class of NPC they are.
