A New Instance ID added to the DBPF archive format for Sims 2. The purpose of the Instance 2, also called the Resource ID, is to minimize chances of file collisions by further randomizing the ID's of the RCOL formats. Instance 2 like instance is generated by Hash for RCOL formats and any other format that uses it.
