I have been investigating this record format, as it is the single most numerous under-documented record-type in a lot file I`m having trouble with. Aside from the constant presence of a 1 after the Level, the remainder of the record shows no obvious pattern, though there are many positions in the record that contain values that cannot be interpreted successfully as Floats. There is also a quantity of text in some records, though far from all, and no obvious means of calculating the position. SimPE recognizes the format by name, but has no editor for it.
