Restart the Game
If you've enabled custom content, you need to make sure to restart the game after you do so.
How to Restart the Game
- To restart the game, close/exit The Sims 2 completely, so the game is no longer running.
- Then load the game again by double-clicking on its icon or letting it auto-run by putting in the disk.
Does it work now?
- Once the game has loaded, check and see whether your custom content is showing up now.
