Overpriced Lot Bug
How come this lot costs 1,156,498,467 Simoleans?
This is a bug and usually this happens to lots you've downloaded (off The Exchange or other sites) and built with the University expansion pack installed.
If you see a lot costing this much, then enter the lot and then save the lot immediately. Exit back out to the neighborhood. Click on the lot again and you should see a change in the price. By doing this, it resets the value of the lot to the correct price.
