• Restock signs are misplaced, appearing in the far corner of the lot.

[edit] Cause

This is a known bug with the Open for Business expansion, and the exact cause is not known. It effects both custom and non-custom objects and does not always happen, so its cause is hard to track down.

[edit] Solution

Though many have tried, no solution has been found for this bug. Suggestions to minimize its appearance include:

• Do not place objects using the moveObjects on cheat.

• Do not move or remove restock signs using the normal "hand" tool. You should use the hand only in Business Build Mode, i.e. selecting the "price tag" icon in the top-right panel.

• Use this method to remove any misplaced restock signs properly.
