Zombies

This article is all about zombies, the supernatural species added in EP1: University.

How to Zombify

In order to make zombies, you'll need the Resurrect-O-Nomitron. It's a career reward object from the Paranormal career (also added in University) and awarded at level 5. You can also use a cheat to unlock the career rewards, so you don't have to send a sim through University and put them in the Paranormal career track just to get a zombie.

Your sim will need to know the dead sim that you want to bring back as a zombie - only sims that have died may be resurrected as a zombie. A tombstone must exist on the lot or another lot in the same neighborhood. Only Teens, Young Adults, Adults, and Elders may become zombies.

Use the Resurrect-O-Nomitron to call the Grim Reaper. Depending on how much you pay him, you'll get your sim back as a zombie, a normal sim, or not at all. Pay 988-4127 simoleons to get a zombie.

Life as a Zombie

... or is it unlife?

Zombies will come back with blue skin, and their face will change somewhat. They will get a zombie portrait in their little picture that displays in the family tree and HUD/control panel. Zombies walk, well, like zombies, lurching around.

Zombies lose previously-earned skillpoints, and get a new personality: a zombie personality. Zombies are mean, a bit outgoing, active, sloppy, and a bit playful.

Zombie teens can attend college, and they will become adults after graduation.

Zombies do not age, and cannot bear children (they're dead!)
