Typical Stair Types

<ncl>Category:Build Mode Stairs Typical-types Tutorials</ncl>

The shapes of the stairs are dependent on the shapes of both the connecting/modular stairs and the landings. So, the number of landings won't limit the shapes of the resultant stair's shapes completely.

Floor-tile-based Stairs

<ncl>Category:Build Mode Stairs Floor-tile-based Tutorials</ncl> Floor-tile-based stairs depend on the fact that sims can walk past the floor tiles regardless of how deformed the floor grid layer is, they just can reach anywhere tiled. Raphael used this feature to make "lift/elevator". SimSherry used it to make inclined stairs.
