Can't get it to actually appear as the tattoo in-game

I'm having trouble; I followed all the steps, previewed my stencils, was sure the commit changes and everything, and my tattoos appear in CAS, with the thumbnails I created, but when I put them on my Sim they still just look like the default gloves.
