Launched on June 19th 2008, the Killer Mystery returned to Powerjay's SimPage Story uploads with it's new format and storyline. Sixteen contestants are fighting and playing with each other in order to win the show.

Brodcast

Killer Mystery, just like any other Powerjay's story, is brodcast as a Story on The Sims 2 Official Exchange Site. The show has only 1 episode for 1 round, first it's the main challenge, but later in week the elemination is added onto the story.

Format

Killer Mystery has a completly new format, but basically it's still the same show, the only diffrence is that there is a TEAM LEADER, contestant who does the best in the challenge, wins immunity, he or she "nominates" one of the other contestants for elemination process, later, the rest of the contestants VOTE (the votes are always secretive and never revealed to the public) to send another contestant who JOIN the Team Leader's Nominee for elemination process. These 2 then choose a destination they want to choose, and if lucky, 1 of them ALWAYS comes back with a photo of a suspect that is innocent. The show has also 16 suspects, where one of them is the killer, everytime the survivor of elemination returns to the Safe House, he or she bring a photo of one of the innocent suspects.

Plot/Storyline

It was a dark and hot summer night in the town of Moonlight Cove when the townsfolk awoke to hear a gunshot in the middle of the night. In the morning, the body of the towns illustrious crooked Mayor was found dead by his lake coast mansion. The police later found a video tape with the images of 16 people where one of them was the killer and agreed to play a little game just to taught the police. 16 lucky contestants are going to be brought in to solve the murder and figure out which of the 16 suspects (chosen by the public) killed the Mayor! Will you figure out this mystery before the killer strikes again?
