I need a little help, graphics card issue, yes I read everything first...

currently I have sims2 double deluxe, so night life and celebration stuff is included. the video card I currently have worked great until I had about 50 downloads too many...lol it is a AGP geforce-2, probly the lowest you can possibly have... I am not done with all the downloads I want to have yet there are at least 1,000 more files I find interesting or might want to try recolouring myself. I am not sure considering my budget how high I should go to keep my game from crashing with all the downloads I have and want to get. I am considering getting open for bussiness and university,, so keeping that in mind what is the lowest I could get and still play my favorite game in the whole world...

and for any of you computer nuts with speacial insite:

2.0,400 bus pentium 4 intel D845 retail motherboard 768 mb ram 20 and 30 gig hard drives "with plenty of room for more" pci 56k modem pci 10/100 lan and windows xp with coa

so given what I have what do you think?

• • PS I also need a new sound card, but I always have the volume off anyway, and I havn't had a problem with it yet.
