Blacky's Sims Zoo (www.blackypanther.de) is a German Fansite about The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 and currently has abot 105000 members (Juli 2013).

Blacky's Sims Zoo offers clothing from Toddler to Elder for both genders, new hair-, clothing-, acessoiry- and object meshes, recolors from their own meshes, meshes from other sites and Maxis meshes, entire Sims from Toddler to Elder (both genders), almost every type of house in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 (dorm, residential, community, secret society), CAS screens and SC4 terrains. 100% of the content is completely free. They also offer the advantage of being able to download their stuff 8 to 10 weeks in advance against a VIP membership which you can subscribe for via PayPal or other possibilities to transfer money.

The Zoo has a lot of tutorials about building, the TSRW Workshop, meshing and many other topics.

Blacky's Sims Zoo has a huge team of designers, many of them more than one kind of custom content for The Sims 2 and The Sims 3
