Options available on the social adjustor:

Lot Jealousy... Off/On - When switched off, sims won't get jealous if their beloved gets it on with someone else.
New Name... - Change any sim's first name.
Fix Appearance... - Change any sim's appearance, including functions from Dr. Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon.
Tanning... - Change your sim's level of tan/sunburn.
Gestures... - Learn or unlearn gestures.
Party/Date/Outing Timer... - Increase or decrease the amount of time left at a party, outing or date.
Influence Level... - Change your sim, or everyone's, maximum influence points.
Influence Points... - Give your sim, or everyone, influence points.
