A new instance ID added to the DBPF archive format for TS2. The purpose of the Instance 2 or Instance (high), also called the Resource ID, is to minimize chances of file collisions by further randomizing the ID's of the RCOL formats. Instance 2, like instance, is generated by hash for RCOL formats and any other format that uses it.
