Go to this page http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title...Pose_Database_Game_Select and navigate the the section you want to work on.
Make links to your poses by using the URL of the pose. Use text formatting similar to this one that I grabbed from Sims 3 poses: The URL to the pose is constructed this way. You put a bracket, the URL, a space, the name and an end bracket. Then you can upload your screenshots and post their names.
