Ok where to begin... ok well It was February 3rd 2005, and I (Mickey) was on my usual route of sites I go to. I was checking for updates, news, and all sorts of things for Sims 2. Then lastly I went to one of the best news sites, of course Snooty Sims, and I looked at the news. Nothing much really happened, just news about the upcoming expansion. (Not sure if it was NL or OFB) So i decided to look at all the other things they have there. Like the Cheats, the New Features, and information on NPCs, things like that. Stumbling upon the Fansite section, and the article about starting your own fansite. It interested me, a lot. I started thinking about having my own fansite.

At first I though that my fansite would really not go anywhere and just be one of those lonely fansites which no one goes to. But I gave it a shot anyways. My relative at the time had a domain, so I asked him to make me a sub-domain for me to host my site. And at last at about 11:00 at night, still on February 3rd, mt site was born. I called It Totally Sims 2, (for those who still remember that name, lets just say I never want to see that purple theme ever again! :P). I didn't really start working on it until about a month or two later. I started having News, Information, and little things like that. Then finally I started to make some clothes. Lets just say that my CAT can make better clothes then that! T_T and well I was really messed up. I used to take the Package file from the projects folder, and oh my. It was not good at all. But I was learning... right? n_n

So that site went on for about a year and a quarter, I cant believe people actually visited my site! XD, until I finally switched the whole thing into PHP. What I still have now. It was much easier and better. It was great. Then later on, about 1 or 2 months after switching to PHP I wanted to get my own domain. But since totallysims2.com was taken, I decided to switch names. I tried many, many different names. Some examples:
- Unloe Sims
- Modern Sims
- Unlimited Sims
- Moon Light Shine (XD don't ask!)

And many names like that, gosh I had pages full of names. Most of them were already taken. Some of them just didn't sound right. Until I came across one of my choices: Inlimite. I knew that, this name was the one. It sounded perfect, and it wasn't taken! ^_^ I was so happy that it wasn't taken. I loved it. (and still do!) <3 So finally I got my domain, Inlimite.com. But i didn't want this to only be a Sims 2 site. Thats why I chose a name that can apply to really anything. It sounded modern, yet something simple. It had the meaning unlimited behind it, and in '''we are not limited as to what we do'''. We go far and beyond. :P

It was great, but lots of work! I had to make a new theme, and start out fresh. Only some of my previous creations from Totally Sims 2 ever made it. For example the first outfit in the Female Adult Section was the only Clothing piece that made it through I believe. :O I liked the new start though. It was great, I could make my site into something new, and fresh. And thats exactly what I did. Since then we have grown a lot. Now were slowly reaching 5000 registered members, our daily average number of unique visits is well beyond 1500. And our pageviews are soaring with an average of 60,000 per month, and growing! Now thats what I call awsome! n_n

I am proud of my site and what we have become. And you reading this has made it even better and worthwhile. I do spend lots of time everyday making my site better and better, It is a lot of work, and it takes a lot of patience and commitment, but its all worth it. The best thing at the end of a long hard day of working is reading all the nice comments in my guestbook, and seeing those 2000 downloads on some of the things I have made. And I really thank you for that. It may seem like nothing to you, but for me, its what makes me work on this site even more, and harder. :)
