This is caused by driver updates. Both nVidia GeForce and AMD Radeon graphics cards are affected.

=Solution=
Install the last version of graphics drivers which worked for you.

If you have a nVidia graphics card, go to [http://www.geforce.com/drivers GeForce.com], enter your graphics card model, and then install the '''327''' drivers (or older).

If you have an AMD card, we do not currently know which driver update is responsible for this issue, so you should experiment until you find some drivers which work correctly.
