+You may also need to turn off the moveObjects cheat if you are trying to place doors or windows on diagonal sections of wall - they will not automatically snap onto those sections of wall, even if you have the snapObjects cheat set to true.  To turn off the moveObjects cheat, bring up the cheat console and type: ''moveObjects off''
