Issues
During gameplay, you discover one or more of your Sims:
- Cant Fish from one or more fishing areas
- Cant Buy/Sell items at the grocery store
- Cant Use the fridge
- Hand tool gets stuck when retrieving item from personal inventory
- Hand tool gets stuck when retrieving item from family inventory while in Buy Mode
- Items become stuck in inventory and can't be removed
- Items placed in inventory disappear for no reason
This is not a complete list, as there may be more which will be added as they become known.
Causes
- Seeds in the affected Sim(s) inventory
- EAxian Bug/Glitch
- One or more Mod/Hack conflicts
Solutions
- If the affected Sim(s) have seeds in their Personal Inventory, remove them.
- AwesomeMod (it has an option to "purge inventories" that you can access in-game)
- EA Story Progression workaround
- Close game and restart to clear stuck hand tool
- If removing seeds doesn't fix the issue, then you need to temporarily remove Custom Content, delete Cache Files, and Test with a New Game to see if the issue persists.
