Patch 1.24.3 - released on Jul 26, 2011.
Some links don't work when I tried again, so use SuperPatcher. They did work when the patches were first available. Which may mean they were yanked off the server and those regions updates have issues. I'd wait to patch until all the mods are updated, anyway.
No links yet for EPs & SPs, and I believe Town Life's retail disc version is 1.23. I haven't got it so can't verify yet.
