I would advise to '''NOT''' patch for now, as the patch versions for all the packs other than the base game are still at '''level 10''', while 1.22 (BG) and 8.0 (EP4) are currently at '''level 11'''.

The consensus is that only BG and last installed pack need to be at the same level, so this works only if you have purchased Generations. So, patch at your own risk, especially if you do not have EP4-Generations..
