64 Bytes - Filename DWORD - Typecode DWORD - Version (78 for Sims2 or 0x4E) DWORD - Null TS1 value BYTE - blank

That's it. More a placeholder to make sure the House is read properly in Sims2 :) Actually held some text data relating to the house in TS1 in the spot where the byte is now

TS1's version 0x49 HOUS files were slightly different and more active, but arent actually present here in TS2. This is a sample spec for one of them.
