Patching Introduction
- If you're patching and do not have any Expansion Pack(s) and/or Stuff Pack(s)
- reinstall base-game,
- test load the unpatched base-game first (via the TS3.exe),
- then patch <insert-current-version-here> (eg. 1.7.x_from_1.0.x)
- test load (via the TS3.exe) a final time before installing CC framework and adding CC.
