Important Info Regarding "Sims Show" Pages

Following the warning posted here on the main page regarding edit spam and proper placement of the Sims Show pages, that basic set of guidelines was nearly wholly ignored. Staff has had to spend a ridiculous amount of time cleaning up the mess made by the creators of these pages - time which could have been better spent actually developing pages that could be useful and informative.

Thus, effective immediately, there are to be no more Sims Show articles. Do not create new articles of this sort - they will be deleted. Do not edit old articles of this sort. If you have Sims Show articles hosted here, please copy the content and post it somewhere else ASAP as we will shortly be deleting all existing Sims Show articles.

We are sorry for the inconvenience to the one or two of you that actually did follow the guidelines, but as Sims2Wiki is meant to be an informative articles-based wiki, it's just not worth it to us to keep having to clean up messes on something outside the focus of the site.
