Hello, I am new to this, so please forgive me if the question I ask is in the wrong place. I am attempting to unlock the Pet Codes and I have a rather "duh" type question (blushing) Ok, here goes--in the dog section of collars it looks like: EEGJ2YRQZZ1 ---and then what is the next one, is it a capital I, or what letter is it? I'm sorry I just can't seem to get it right when I try. Thanks for the help.
