New EP or SP

You've just installed a new expansion or stuff pack, and now some or all of your custom content is not showing up.

Make sure you have enabled custom content and restarted the game at least twice by this point (as you should have if you have followed this guide properly).

• What is the problem at this point?

Some or all of my custom content is still not showing up (not just object recolours).

Objects are flashing blue, or object recolours are not showing up.
