 Note: If you did not arrive at this wiki page from Game Help:TS3 Uninstall, be sure to do step (3) from Game Help:Sims 3 Game Problem first before doing any reinstallation. |
If you're patching and do not have any Expansion Pack(s) and/or Stuff Pack(s)
- reinstall base-game,
- test load the unpatched base-game first (via the TS3.exe; ie Bypass Launcher),
- then patch using current SuperPatcher, see Game Help:Patch Table or the current Game Update News page to ensure that there are no newer patches. See Game Help:TS3 Patching Find Gameversion, if you need an FAQ on how to find out this information.
- test load (via the TS3W.exe; ie Bypass Launcher) a final time before installing CC framework and adding CC.
